Can my arrangement be delivered at specific time?
We strive to have all scheduled deliveries completed by close of business, on or before 4pm daily. Any floral arrangements requiring receipt during a specific block of time will be evaluated on a case-by-cases basis taking into account distance, orders scheduled for delivery, location, and driver availability.

What happens if the recipient isn’t home?
If the recipient isn’t available, our driver will either leave the flowers in a safe spot or, if needed, arrange a re-delivery at a later time.

When and if possible, we will attempt to confirm deliveries prior to arrangements going out. Due to the extensive coordination that may be needed however taking into account resources, time, and scheduling, we cannot guarantee we will be able to contact every customer/recipient to coordinate every delivery. Especially when limited windows of receipt are presented.
