These guys were great. Ordered a bouquet delivered for my dau-in-law's birthday, to be delivered to their house, and then learned that they were out of town for a few days, so the bouquet would be left sitting on the porch :-o So I called the shop, and they said it's no problem for the driver to go back, pick it up, and bring it back to their shop, and then re-deliver on the day they were getting home. No extra charge :-) Now THAT"S customer service!
